Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has been urged to give Ethan Ampadu a chance next season.

The Wales international has spent the last four seasons away on loan – RB Leipzig, Sheffield United, Venezia and Spezia.

“Ethan Ampadu deserves to be given a chance under Pochettino,” Chelsea fan, Vdyk, tweeted.

“He’s had good successive loans but just in poor teams. Would be a brilliant rotation choice for both DM & CB, he’s a star who’s more than ready to explode. Really hoping Pochettino sees the talent in him.

“Always been a big fan of Ampadu, I think he’s criminally underrated. He’s typically always great for Wales and has hardly had bad performances on a club level.

“We’ve gave him such terrible loans, Pochettino could really utilise his versatility to the max.”
