According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Italian club AC Milan are interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka this summer.

Chelsea signed the 19 year old midfielder from Aston Villa last summer but are ready to let him leave the club this summer.

Di Marzio adds that Chelsea are open to sending Chukwuemeka out on loan to AC Milan this summer with the Italian club having the option to make the move permanent.

Chukwuemeka made two starts and 12 substitute appearances in the Premier League for Chelsea this season. He also made one substitute appearance in the FA Cup for the Blues.
