According to a report on Daily Mail, Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana has reached an agreement in principle to join Chelsea this summer. The deal now hinges on whether Chelsea can reach an agreement with Inter Milan.

Chelsea have already seen a £40million offer for the transfer of Onana rejected by Inter Milan but talks are set to continue between both clubs after the Champions League final.

A graduate from Barcelona’s famous La Masia academy, Onana was snapped up by Ajax in 2015 and spent seven years at the Eredivisie side, before moving to Inter in 2022.

While the Cameroon international played just once at the 2022 World Cup, he has been pivotal for Inzaghi’s side this season, making 40 appearances while keeping 19 clean sheets.
