Former Chelsea star Emerson Palmieri has become the first player in history to win all five major Uefa competitions.

The Brazilian-born Italian international left-back joined West Ham from Chelsea last summer and starred in last night’s 2-1 Europa Conference League final win over Fiorentina.

West Ham’s Europa Conference League success saw Emerson enter the history books following wins on the continent with Chelsea and Italy.

Emerson has become the first player to win all five UEFA competitions – Champions League (Chelsea), Europa League (Chelsea), UEFA Super Cup (Chelsea), European Championship (Italy) and Europa Conference League (West Ham).
