According to a report on Metro, Italian giants AC Milan are interested in signing Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic.

AC Milan have identified Pulisic as a perfect replacement for Brahim Diaz who is returning to Real Madrid this summer following a three-year loan spell at the San Siro.

Pulisic will be a free agent next year and Chelsea are keen on cashing in on the American international this summer.

Big things were expected of Pulisic when he joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in 2019 for around £55million.

But the USA international has found life in the Premier League difficult, with just 26 goals and 21 assists in 145 appearances so far, with neither Frank Lampard, Thomas Tuchel or Graham Potter able to get the best out of him.

Pulisic made just eight Premier League starts in the just concluded Premier League season.
