Chelsea star set to sign €100million-per-year contract

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is set to sign a €100million-per-year deal at Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad, bringing his seven-year spell at Chelsea to an end, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Kante will leave Chelsea as a free agent when his contract expires at the end of June and he is expected to sign a two-year contract worth €100million-per-year at Al-Ittihad.

Al-Ittihad directors are in London to finalise the transfer of Kante. Final details are being discussed then proposal will be accepted.

Kante will link up with former Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema at Al-Ittihad. The pair will be competing against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr for trophies during the 2023-24 campaign.
