According to CBS reporter Ben Jacobs, Chelsea is demanding £75million for the transfer of Mason Mount, should the England international leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
Jacobs told GIVEMESPORT: “The situation is still open until Chelsea at least try something last-ditch. But, even if Mount is leaning towards Manchester United, they’ve still got to strike a deal with Chelsea, and that’s the other component to all of this that I think is worth touching upon.
“Chelsea, even though Mount’s contract is running down, would be looking for something in the region of £70million or £75million. That’s my understanding. I know that some people will say it’s even higher than that, but that’s the ballpark figure that I think Chelsea would want.”
All I want is for my Chelsea to get it right this time around. Last season ,watching Chelsea lose both at home and away in almost all their matches was too distressing for me. I will never forget Chelsea’s loses both home and away to Brighton. It’s still a nightmare to. These results must be reversed next season. We need to be wining. We need to be playing high intensity football and not timid football like what happened last season. The new Chelsea team are owing their fans a lot. They must return our lost smiles. Thanks.
