According to Portuguese outlet Record, Chelsea have offered to pay €60million plus €5million in bonuses to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Manuel Ugarte this summer.

The offer to sign Ugarte also includes sending Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana on loan to Sporting Lisbon for next season.

French champions Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in signing Ugarte but the Uruguayan midfielder prefers a move to Chelsea as he wants to play in the Premier League.
