Frank Lampard has made three changes to his team for today’s final game of the 2022/23 season against Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea: Kepa, Azpilicueta (c), Chalobah, Thiago Silva, Hall, Loftus-Cheek, Enzo, Gallagher, Madueke, Havertz, Sterling

Substitutes: Mendy, W. Fofana, Koulibaly, Chukwuemeka, Kovacic, Mudryk, Pulisic, Ziyech, Joao Felix.
