Ex-Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has given his verdict on Chelsea’s 4-1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Thursday.
Hasselbaink told Sky Sports: “Chelsea were in a really good position but didn’t capitalise on their chances and Manchester United shouldn’t have been 2-0 up but in the second half you need to kick on and they never did.
“They looked defeated, individual mistakes and it went from bad to worse. There’s a big job for whoever comes in, we all think it will be for Mauricio Pochettino.
“It’s a big job in character, how they want to play and what you give on the pitch. That was a bit disappointing in the second half.”
