Frank Lampard has suffered 7 defeats since replacing Graham Potter as Chelsea boss, winning just once and drawing once.
Following Thursday’s 4-1 defeat at Manchester United, Lampard has now explained why he has failed to win games as Chelsea boss.
Asked if the Chelsea players are good enough, Lampard said: “It’s a question as a professional will be asked of you in a period of bad form.
“If I’m honest collectively, it was glaringly short. Coming in you can see when a group is pushing each other and ggood things come. That momentum is not there.
“This is not a tactical thing and it’s more about where the group are. There isn’t a huge stability in the group. There’s a lot to it.”
