Chelsea are interested in signing Gent striker Gift Orban and have sent scouts to watch the Nigerian striker in action, according to reports.

The 20-year-old lit up the Belgian Pro League and Europa Conference League this season, scoring 20 goals in 20 appearances for Gent.

According to a report on The Sun, Gent are reluctant to allow Orban join Chelsea this summer unless they receive a huge bid for the striker.

The striker is also understood to be happy to stay and develop in Belgium.

Premier League rivals Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in signing the Nigerian striker.
