Premier League rivals Manchester United are open to paying £30million for 29 year old Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic this summer, according to Football Insider via GOAL.

Kovacic’s contract with Chelsea expires next year and the Blues are looking to cash-in on him. Manchester City are also interested in signing the Croatian international.
