Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is willing to swap Mateo Kovacic in order to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, according to a report on GOAL.
The report adds: “Chelsea ‘really want’ to bring in the Cameroon goalkeeper and could make a ‘concrete attempt’ this summer.
“Onana, who is excellent with the ball at his feet and recently impressed on the way to the Champions League final, is reportedly a target for the Blues this summer, particularly as the out-of-favour Edouard Mendy has snubbed a contract extension at the club.
“Kovacic could be used as a makeweight in the deal. The Croatian is not likely to extend his contract at Stamford Bridge, which is set to expire at the end of next season.”
