Former Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has claimed former Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who now plays for Manchester City, is the best midfielder in England.

Asked to name the best midfielder in the Premier League, Jorginho told The Residency: “At the moment Kevin de Bruyne.”
