Chelsea will look to offer Romelu Lukaku plus cash to sign deadly Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the summer, according to Daily Mail.

Napoli are insisting publicly that Osimhen isn’t for sale but the Chelsea hierarchy believe the Nigerian striker will be sold if Napoli receive an offer of £130million.

Paying £130million for Osimhen will be a problem for Chelsea under scrutiny of Financial Fair play so the Blues are hoping to offer Lukaku plus cash for the Nigerian striker.
