According to the Daily Star, Arsenal believe they can beat Chelsea to the transfer of West Ham captain Declan Rice this summer.

The report goes on to claim that the Gunners are willing to quadruple Rice’s current salary of £60,000 per week – potentially offering him a deal worth £240,000 per week.
