Football pundit Alan Brazil has claimed West Ham captain Declan Rice is unlikely to sign for Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

Since leaving Chelsea to join West Ham, Rice has developed has developed into one of the best central midfielders in the Premier League and was also part of the England World Cup squad.

Brazil told TalkSPORT: “The other guy we spoke about. The two bright young stars, apart from Jude (Bellingham), was Declan Rice.

“It just seems to be that Declan is a perfect fit for Liverpool.

“I can’t see Tottenham and I can’t see Chelsea now, surely.”
