Chelsea legend Joe Cole has revealed his two dream signings for Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window.

Cole said as quoted by Simon Phillips: “Harry Kane and Declan Rice are my dream signings for Chelsea. Kane gets you goals and brings leadership. Rice gives us solidity in midfield and I think Enzo and Declan would benefit from each other.”
