According to Football Insider via Manchester Evening News, Manchester City and Newcastle United have both pulled out of the race to sign Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount.

The report adds: “The England international has been the subject of rife transfer speculation ahead of the summer, with him expected to leave after failing to agree a new deal.”
