According to Fichajes via GOAL, Chelsea alongside Premier League rivals Manchester United and Manchester City are in a battle to sign 30 year old PSG forward and Brazil international Neymar.

Neymar remains the most expensive footballer in history since his €222million transfer from Barcelona to the French capital in 2017.

The report adds: “Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are all in the battle to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain.

“The Brazil star has been linked with a move this summer, with PSG said to be open to selling him and the three Premier League teams are all interested in landing him.”
