Chelsea are no longer interested in hiring former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann because he is too similar to former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel in terms of how he worked, according to The Independent.

The Chelsea hierarchy want a different profile with a more holistic outlook beyond the training ground and it is believed former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino suits that profile.
