Former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann is reportedly the favourite to be appointed as Chelsea boss, according to The Telegraph.

The Blues admire his work at RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich but are worried about his lack of Premier League experience and his age.

The report adds: “Nagelsmann’s track record at RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich is admired at Chelsea and it is understood that talks with the German also went well.

“The fact he is aged 35 and has never worked in the Premier League does, however, represent a potential risk.”
