Chelsea are ready to part ways with club captain Cesar Azpilicueta in the summer, according to Fichajes via The Hard Tackle.

The Blues have spent a fortune on acquiring new players over the last two transfer windows and will look to balance the books this summer by offloading several players.

Azpilicueta joined Chelsea from Marseille in 2012 and has featured in over 500 matches for the club. Since joining Chelsea, he has two Premier League titles, one Champions League title and two Europa League titles.
