Former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique is no longer among the favourites to become Chelsea manager, according to The Telegraph.
Enrique flew to London two weeks ago for discussions with Chelsea but Chelsea won’t hold further talks with the Spanish tactician.
Former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann and former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino are now the favourites for the Chelsea job.
Chelsea are expected to hold further talks with Nagelsmann, who was interviewed last week, and Pochettino.
Former Tottenham manager Pochettino was interviewed by Chelsea and impressed co-controlling owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali before they appointed Graham Potter.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in hiring Enrique and it appears the north London club might have a clear run at him with Chelsea no longer interested.
