Chelsea boss Frank Lampard believes Chelsea were the better team at Stamford Bridge against Real Madrid.

Lampard said: “In 60 minutes, against a world-class opposition out there, we were the better team and had chances.”

He added: “It was a mistake from us for the goal really (Real Madrid’s first goal), to give them that chance. We were ready to be a bit more aggressive in the game.”
