According to The Athletic, Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim isn’t interested in becoming Chelsea boss, with the 38 year old manager keen on continuing at Sporting Lisbon.

Chelsea reportedly held talks with Amorim about becoming Chelsea boss but he is happy to continue with Sporting Lisbon.

Chelsea also spoke with Amorim when Thomas Tuchel was sacked as Chelsea boss underlining Chelsea’s long-term admiration for the 38-year-old manager.

It is believed Amorim wants to continue to develop his career at Sporting Lisbon and build a strong reputation across the game.
