According to a report on GOAL, Chelsea are ready to offer Romelu Lukaku plus €70million for the permanent transfer of Joao Felix.

The report adds: “According to Fichajes, Chelsea are considering including out-on-loan striker Romelu Lukaku, in addition to €70m, in the deal for current loanee and Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix.

“Felix has impressed the club administration however they aren’t willing to pay the €100m fee Atletico Madrid asks for the Portuguese striker.

“Lukaku will not be permanently signed by Inter Milan, per the report, and could be the new striker Atletico Madrid Diego Simeone wants to suit his tactics.”
