Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has made six changes to the team for the game against Brighton.

Christian Pulisic, Mykhailo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile, Conor Gallagher, Trevoh Chalobah and Denis Zakaria all start for Chelsea against Brighton.

Explaining the reason for making six changes against Brighton, Lampard said: “The changes are for freshness and more energy. We gave a big output the other day and therefore some players need to rest completely for Tuesday.

“Players have to come in and have that freshness about them. I am not concerned but instead excited.”
