Chelsea are confident of signing Napoli striker and Nigeria international Victor Osimhen even without Champions League football, according to 90min via The Sun.

The striker is enjoying an incredible season in Serie A and is on the verge of firing them to a first title since 1990 as well as helping them to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
