According to Daily Mail, Nigerian international and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is the dream ticket for Chelsea owners ahead of the summer transfer window.

“A £17m deal is also close for 15-year-old Ecuador wonderkid Kendry Paez but owner Todd Boehly is shaking his piggy bank to see what money he has to throw at another goalscorer.

“Napoli’s Victor Osimhen is the dream ticket but Chelsea want to sell a few players first before looking at his price tag.”
