Chelsea can sign Brazilian international and Barcelona forward Raphinha in the summer if the Blues submit an offer of €80million, according to GOAL.

Raphinha is happy at Barcelona and the Spanish club is also happy with his performances but due to their financial struggles, Barcelona are considering selling the Brazilian in the summer amid interest from Chelsea.

Chelsea were keen on signing Raphinha last summer but the Brazilian instead joined Barcelona in a deal worth €65million.
