According to CalcioMercatoWeb, Italian giants Inter Milan are open to selling Nicolo Barella this summer for around €50m (£44m), amid interest from Chelsea.

The 26 year old Italian international is one of Inter Milan’s best players but the Italian side are open to selling him amid growing financial issues behind the scenes at the San Siro.

Barella is one of the best central midfielders in Europe and is also attracting interest from Premier League rivals Liverpool.

The Chelsea hierarchy see Barella as the ideal partner to Enzo Fernandez in Chelsea’s midfield.
