Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has reacted to Chelsea’s decision to part ways with Graham Potter.
Ten Hag was not shocked at Chelsea’s decision to sack Potter as he insists managers have to strike a balance between getting results immediately and working on their process.
Asked about Potter’s dismissal, and how little time he was afforded, Ten Hag said: “You never get the time.
“You know that you have to get results. Top football is about the results. That’s the game and you have to accept it.
“In the mean time you have to work on your process, but it has to be in balance.”
Thanks Ten!! The guy is clueless. He thinks he was still managing a mid table team who always fight for relegation or trying to strive to end among the top ten..Graham Potter bye for good. Maybe he should go and learn..
