Chelsea created numerous chances against Liverpool on Tuesday night but failed to convert any of the chances as the Blues played a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge.
Asked for his verdict on the goalless draw against Liverpool, Chelsea caretaker boss Bruno Saltor said: “We created enough chances to win the game, two goals disallowed. It’s execution. The chances, the boys gave everything, they played with the heart and you can’t ask for more.”
Asked why Chelsea players aren’t converting the numerous chances, Saltor added: “Obviously they are executions, executions and they are in front of goal.
“They are human beings and the confidence has to be there. Sometimes when goes in, after there is a consequence. We just need to keep helping the boys and they’ve been through a lot, it’s been a tough season for them. As I said they are human beings, still I know they miss chances. What they could effect the most was the attitude and the effort.”
Asked if he sees the same pattern during training, Saltor added: “They score a lot of goals in training. Coming to a game is completely different. It is something that yes, we’ve been speaking and we’ve been working on it and we need to keep going.”
This man Bruno Saltos can’t handle this team.. the only thing that changes about him is the line up… but he failed for not removing Kai Havertz and put Aubameyang
The only problems to Saltor is, he removed Kante the key player and replaced with Gallagher. Also failed to sub Havertz, this player lacked confidence and he lost balls more easily… Use Aubamayang please. Blues forever ????????,
