With Van Dijk absent, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has opted to start Joel Matip and Ibrahima Konate in Liverpool’s defence.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been dropped to the bench for tonight’s clash at Stamford Bridge with Klopp opting for a front three of Roberto Firmino, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota.
