According to Football Insider via GOAL, Chelsea are strongly considering a summer move for Brazilian and Barcelona winger Raphinha.

The report on GOAL reads: “According to Football Insider, Chelsea are strongly considering making a move for Barcelona winger Raphinha in the next transfer window.

“Raphinha was on Chelsea’s radar since his Leeds United days and the Blues were very close to signing him, but he favoured a move to Barcelona.

“However, things aren’t going well for him at the moment and he could consider returning to England. The report states Chelsea will face strong competition from Arsenal for the Brazilian.”
