According to a report on talkSPORT, Chelsea have approached both Julian Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique as the club seeks a replacement for the sacked Graham Potter.
Potter was sacked as Chelsea boss on Sunday following Saturday’s 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are set to interview as many as up to five potential candidates for the job, having drawn up a list. Nagelsmann and Enrique are reportedly the two leading candidates for the Chelsea job.
Other names being considered are said to be ex-Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Oliver Glasner, Napoli’s Luciano Spalletti and Sporting Lisbon’s Ruben Amorim.
Only last week, Enrique revealed his desire to restart his coaching career in England.
“I would like to go to England to work,” said Enrique. “I would like to go to a team there that can do important things and that is very difficult. I would not go to any Premier team.
“Since the World Cup ended, I haven’t read the Spanish press. I haven’t seen social networks, I only read the English press.”
