According to Fabrizio Romano, former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann is the top candidate to replace recently sacked Chelsea boss Graham Potter.

The transfer expert added that the Blues have already contacted Nagelsmann to become Chelsea’s next boss.

Romano tweeted: “Understand there have been already approaches for Julian Nagelsmann to be the new Chelsea head coach. Talks will continue to make final decision — but he’s the favorite.

“No confirmation on Pochettino links at this stage. Nagelsmann, mentioned in internal talks yesterday.”
