According to Football Insider via Goal, Premier League rivals Arsenal are leading the race to sign Chelsea transfer target and West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.

The report on Goal states: “Arsenal are currently leading the race to sign England international and West Ham star Declan Rice according to Football insider.

“Chelsea are also keen on signing the player who is determined to leave West Ham this summer but the Gunners could eventually sign the player.”
