Despite already spending more than £600million in the last two transfer windows, Chelsea owners intend to strengthen the squad even further in the summer.

Whilst it is likely that outgoings will be the most pressing priority in the summer, the Blues are reportedly looking to sign a central midfielder in the summer.

According to Football Insider, Chelsea are looking to sign any of Frenkie de Jong, Moises Caicedo, Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham in the summer.

Chelsea submitted a bid for Caicedo in January and also reportedly made a move to sign Barcelona midfielder De Jong last summer. Rice have been a long-term target while the Blues are in the race for Bellingham with the midfielder set to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
