Chelsea made Champions League history after coming from behind to win 2-1 on aggregate against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Chelsea are now one of only four teams to progress from five Champions League knockout ties after losing the first leg, joining the illustrious company of European giants Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus.

Chelsea lost the first-leg 1-0 in Germany but beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night to progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League thanks to goals from Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz.

Chelsea are the only English side to achieve this feat in the Champions League.
