Chelsea manager Graham Potter has revealed Chelsea star Mason Mount is suffering due to Chelsea’s poor run of form.

The Blues are currently 10th in the Premier League and have won just once in 2023 in all competitions.

Mount will have just one year left on his Chelsea contract at the end of the season and the club is open to selling the England international if he doesn’t sign a new contract.

“Mason [Mount] has been great to work with. He’s been top. He’s suffering like the rest of us because we want to do better,” Potter said.

“In terms of the contract, that’s between him and the club. I am the head coach so my focus is on helping the players improve. That is the focus for me.”
