Chelsea have a genuine interest in replacing Graham Potter with Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi, according to Football Insider.

De Zerbi has made Brighton a more solid and entertaining side since replacing Potter as Brighton manager in September.

43 year old De Zerbi is regarded as a top-level manager by Chelsea given the instant success he has had in the Premier League with Brighton and his successful track record of working with young players.

De Zerbi is viewed as an exciting young manager who plays eye-catching, front-foot football and is now being considered as a replacement for Potter should Chelsea opt to dismiss him.

Potter is under pressure at Chelsea after a run of just one win in 11 games and he could be sacked as Chelsea bossif he loses Chelsea’s next two games against Leeds United and Borussia Dortmund.
