Following Sunday’s 2-0 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea star Kalidou Koulibaly has admitted the players were upset with the defeat and has urged fans not to lose faith in the team.

Koulibaly said: “We are very upset. We came up with a desire to win. We knew that it would be a difficult match, this is the London derby, we understood that Tottenham would start the match with great force, driven by the home stands.

“We are having a hard time right now. Players, fans, we all need to stick together.

“We will work very hard to get out of this situation.”
