Chelsea are ready to pay €15 million per season to French manager Zinedine Zidane to take charge of the club ahead of next season, according to Fichajes via The Hard Tackle.

Graham Potter has had a tough time at Chelsea, with the English manager winning just two of his last 14 games in charge of the Blues.

While the Chelsea board has backed Potter publicly despite Chelsea’s poor form, it is believed the board wants Potter to stay until the end of the season before replacing him ahead of next season.

Chelsea are reportedly looking to persuade former Real Madrid manager Zidane to replace Potter as Chelsea boss in the summer by offering him a staggering €15 million per season contract.

Zidane has an excellent track record as a manager. He has won three Champions League and two La Liga titles as the Los Blancos boss.

Chelsea are ready to bring in the players he wants. And, they are willing to offer him the big bucks to join them. Zidane, who is currently without a club is keen to return to managerial action. And, with the French national team job no longer available, he is likely to join a club soon.
