Chelsea have made a move to sign 20 year-old Real Madrid centre-back Rafa Marin ahead of the summer transfer window, according to Football Espana.

Marin have caught the attention of Chelsea following his impressive performances for Real Madrid team B also known as the Castilla.

Marin is a regular for Spain’s U19 teams, and looks a nicely balanced defender with lots of physicality and class on the ball.

The 20-year-old has been a rock for the Real Madrid team B this season and is out of contract in 2024.
