Chelsea boss Graham Potter is excited that Chelsea trio Mateo Kovacic, Denis Zakaria and Wesley Fofana are part of the squad for Wednesday’s Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund.
The three Chelsea stars have recently returned to training after overcoming their injury problems.
Fofana has not played a competitive match since going off injured against AC Milan at Stamford Bridge after suffering a setback in a friendly against Brentford.
Kovacic has missed Chelsea’s last three games due to a calf problem while Zakaria has not been involved since suffering a hamstring injury at Craven Cottage in early January.
Potter said: “All of the three are in the squad so that’s good. Like I said before the previous game they were getting closer to minutes.
“The challenge for us is to build them up and to make sure they’re right from a gametime perspective but it’s good that Wesley, Mateo and Denis are with the group.”
