Ben Chilwell starts at left-back ahead of Marc Cucurella for tonight’s Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund.

Explaining his decision to start Chilwell against Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea boss Graham Potter said: “Ben Chilwell is coming in for Marc and he gives us a different profile for that position.

“We’ve been building him up with regards to his fitness and I think he’s ready to start tonight.”

Chilwell is one of three changes Potter made to the team that started against West Ham with Kalidou Koulibaly coming in for Benoit Badiashile and Hakim Ziyech replacing Noni Madueke.
