Chelsea have made an offer to sign 15 year old midfielder Kendry Paez, according to a report on The Sun.

Paez is also being tracked by Manchester United and Manchester City as well as Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen, while Real Madrid were previously linked.

The 15 year old is yet to make a first-team appearance Independiente del Valle and would not be able to make a move to Europe until he turns 18.

Chelsea have officially made contact with Paez’s club as they look to beat United, City and Leverkusen to his signature with a ‘decision to be made soon’ on the young star’s future.

The midfielder is thought to be one of the best young talents in South America and according to The Sun he would cost more than £15million.

He has already impressed at international level for Ecuador U17s, scoring three goals across five caps.
